Hi All,

Has anyone had this happen to them before? You get two tickets of similar nature so you merge/close ticket 1 with ticket 2 so that ticket 2 is the main point of contact.

Ticket 1 is now in the closed state but after an hour you get an alert that ticket 1 has been unassigned for more than 1 hour.

Almost, 5.1.68412.

We do use the notification for unassigned tickets longer than 1 hour but it seems to apply to closed tickets as well.

With ticket merging, this may be a more frequent occurance.

Try to update to the latest version and see if this resolves the issue.

I’ve upgraded to the latest version but I still have this issue coming up. Is this more of an oversight rather than a bug perhaps?
