I have been using a Unitrends Backup Appliance for about 18 months and had to contact support for the first time last week. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing hard drive. Unitrends shipped a replacement drive to me and the issue was quickly and easily resolved. It was great to speak to a knowledgeable tech (who was located in the US). I wanted to share this positive experience with everyone in SpiceWorks. Too often we focus on bad experiences and do not give the proper credit for good experiences. Thanks again Unitrends and Tony.
