I would like to use the UPS Supervisor widget to monitor our UPS and the PDUs it powers as well. They were added automatically, but show up with low run time (since they have no battery on the device itself that makes sense).

Ideally I would like it to show current amp load level or use the battery level of the UPS they are connected to, but I would settle for just no “low run time” warning.

Any ideas?

UPS polling is done via SNMP (or WMI if attached to a windows host)

Temperature sensors and other stuff hasn’t been added yet, but give support@spiceworks.com an email and tell them you’d like to help get additional support added in for your devices (include model numbers) and they’ll have you snmpwalk the devices and hopefully add more support in the future.

Most APC UPS’s that I have (SmartUPS 3000’s) all show proper info on ours, so its likely limited to your specific UPS’s.
