According to our Spiceworks Community, remote and hybrid work models remain the reality for a large percent of employees today. Currently, among those who have responded to @crimsonkida ’s recent poll in our community, about 45% of those in our community voted that they currently work remotely or identified their work environment as hybrid.
No matter where employees work on any given day, today’s modern businesses rely on technology more than ever and remote monitoring and management (RMM) software remains crucial in supporting the employee experience and productivity.
Just what is RMM?
RMM is a type of software that enables IT professionals to remotely monitor and manage a company’s IT infrastructure. Bottom line— RMM software allows businesses to track and monitor the performance of their IT assets, as well as detect and address issues on client endpoints, networks, and computers.
This includes visibility to all endpoints (any device that is connected in a network, such as end user computers, mobile devices and company servers). This allows IT teams to monitor the health and status of their devices and take proactive action to keep them all secure and up and running.
For those looking to explore more, access our complete guide to RMM here . Aaand because you can’t not know this, we’re hosting a contest right if you are interested in testing out our free RMM, check out more here !
Do you rely on an RMM for supporting your users?
What aspects of RMM have become most useful?

One thing at Pulseway that we have notice is that Automation features really help out our users, especially when its combined with patching, but whilst a bunch of users love it a lot of users don’t really see how it can in someway transform the way you work. So that would be my fave/most useful feature, I’ve used it myself for ands its great
