What would cause a SpiceWorks database to corrupt? This has happened twice now in a month (once while we were testing out SpiceWorks and now again this weekend once we decided to go with it). I have it backing up every night so we lost a days worth of tickets. We have over 1,000 networked attached devices (Inventory page is sluggish) and in a couple months we have already accumulated over 500 tickets.

Are we too heavy of a load for SpiceWorks? I have the corrupt DB file if someone at SW wants to take a look. When browsing the DB it appears the ‘tickets’ table is corrupt and preventing us to view any tickets.

We really like SpiceWorks and want to make it work. Please help.

Thanks,

Rob

If you send the database to spice works they will have a look at it for you. I dont think you are putting too much strain on it as ive seen a lot more pcs and tickets get mentioned on here.

have you tried it on another server?
