Looking to move up and have set myself a 2 year goal<\/p>\n
My question is what be the best route that will have a long term future. i have decided on 2 plans<\/p>\n
1 - Mcsa 2016 - Office 0365 - Exchange - Vmware and CCNA<\/p>\n
2 - Mcsa 2016 - Sccm 2012 - Azure and Office 0365<\/p>\n

As for which of the paths you listed - that’s up to you, honestly. Those are just certs and not career paths. Certs are great for resumes but beyond that, experience is where you’re going to make bank.<\/p>\n

Set up a home lab, build things, break things, decommission things. Rinse. What do you want to do with your career ? Server engineer ? Cloud specialist ? Network engineer ? All of these are very different, needing different skills. You have listed many skills, and it’s just not possible to master them all.
