Not every hero wears a cape and not every tool is super popular. Some tools are lesser-known time-saving tools you use every week for several hours. So which underdog tool do you think needs more hype?

Snipping Tool. End user may not be able to describe what the issue is but a quick snipit if the error can save hours of troubleshooting.

Underrated IMO, but my spudger set. Snipping tool is up there for sure, but prying open a Precision is nigh impossible without some kind of wedge. Such a pain.
