On the CD Packet/Case that the Microsoft Office Disc came in.
If you have a PC already installed with the codes, do a google search for SIW, run this application and it will give you the codes for Windows and Office.
you can use this software to find the key for microsoft windows and office:
1 Spice up
I inherited a lot of laptops and workstations whose keys and discs had been mixed around due to years of usage and a bit of turnover. Anytime I needed to wipe a system I needed to figure out which keys had been used at its original installation/setup time. Magic Jellybean was a great tool for this.
I checked out SIW, I’ve officially added it to my list of tools.

“you can use this software to find the key for microsoft windows and office: KeyFinder | Magical Jelly Bean” That’s an awesome tool but I think some Virus Scans detects it and deletes it. I know that Trend Micro Does.
That’s true… I’ve noticed the same thing with the Angry IP Scanner version 2. Although I haven’t had that problem with the version 3 beta!
Angry IP Scanner is available at http://www.angryziber.com

Here’s an idea… Use Spiceworks!
Get it scanning the machines you need to find the keys on and then use the applications/software inventory. It will list all the Microsoft Office Installations. Go into the ‘Installed On’ section and behold, your license keys!
If you were after a non-Spiceworks function, then yes, Keyfinder or Produkey (which Spiceworks uses) is always good
