Most of their product line is back order like most vendors out there.

Well, no. Here in Australia I can buy HP, Dell, and Cisco/Meraki, not to mention other brands.

But not the ones that I actually want, Ubiquiti.

I ask because on their own home page they are out of stock.

You can buy them, but they likely won’t ship them to you for 6 months. Supply chain is a mess right now. It has been for 2 years and it seems to be getting worse not better

Well the EDgeMax series is not discontinued but they have had very slow availability for months now.

6 months to a year out on some Cisco gear. It’s nuts.

We just replaced a cisco switch under warranty with cisco tac. it took us 2 weeks to convince cisco that they needed to honor the warranty and replace the switch. Their argument was that their inventory is critically low and they didn’t want to replace it… Our was we have warranty and the switch doesn’t work so you need to do what we are paying you for LOL.

It really is crazy how bad the supply chain has gotten

Yeah just wait until Finisar has a shortage and you will really see a panic.

Prices are insane - going for over retail - even now in Nov.

I wonder if I just unload the ones I have at a nice profit and buy another line.

They are good but not all that much better than any other decent business line of switches.
