Hello, Here where i work we have a computer which automatically logs itself in on boot up as it is meant to stay on all day. Right now i can’t seem to figure out why but the computer has recently been logging out after some time. I have the screensaver turned off and the require sign on when pc wakes turned off as well and i even made a change in the group policy to turn off require sign on when computer wakes but none works as the computer is still locking. Any thoughts?

Check the Power Options in Control Panel/Settings and make sure sleep and hibernation/turn off hard disks is set to NONE. Check the advanced options too.
Also make sure the GPO is applying to the machine by running the gpresult command.

You said logging out, but then locks, which is it?
The latter is likely due to pending updates, I’ve posted this many times, especially if this is build 1511, Windows locks the screen, even when in use at times to let you know you need to reboot for patches.

Mine was doing the same, I had to turn off power management as well and that fixed it for me
I’ve checked all the settings and still nothing it stills locks by itself, I am on version 1607.

Have you rebooted to see if it stops?
I have it automatically logs in but i don’t have an exact time when it locks by itself.
