I have 18 PC’s which are always showing as ‘scan errors’. If I pick one of these PC’s and set off a manual scan on it, it is detected without a problem, scanned and automatically removed from the list of ‘scan errors’.

When I set off a full network scan the same 18 PC’s are again listed as ‘scan errors’?

  1. I have successfully performed the ‘netsh firewall set service remoteadmin enable’ command on the 18 PC’s.

  2. The network scan is using a domain admin account to perform the scan.

  3. The 18 PC’s are a mix of Vista Business and XP Pro.

  4. I have disabled the ‘Intermediate Scan’ option.

All have failed to cure the problem. Please help.
