Official "I made the next pepper level" thread Water Cooler

There have been a rash of new topics from people celebrating getting to the next pepper level. We are excited for you and want to celebrate your contribution, but having an individual topic for each time is getting to be too much. It is overwhelming the Water Cooler group because people have to wade through the pepper level posts to get to the rest of the topics. We're also seeing some point gaming where people are just saying "get your 11 points!" rather than just talking about their leveling…

But congrats anyway.

Mind you, 146 pages! That thread was started by Nic back in 2011, probably wouldn’t hurt to close it and start a new one each year.
