I guess I am part of the 92%. In the evenings sometimes I check in on the site on my home machine while writing a blog post or taking a turn in one of my play-by-post games.
Do I need to change my ways?

To add to the turmoil, there’s a good 30% of my workforce that has no personal devices or email. I had a former employee who left all his tax returns in his profile. As a rule, I ‘box up’ and store all former employee’s profiles due to pictures and other personal items. Over 40% of the staff are 20+ year employees. I’m 21+ now.

20+ years at the organization? That sounds like a ton of old data to keep.
