I am having an error on Xerox Altalink C8155
When I send a print job it says: “Completed with errors” When I click on the error; it says;
Status: Completed with errors: Unable to store.

Now I have done the reset on the Xerox to just clear the jobs if any maybe it was space but still doing the same,
Then other users can Print without the errors above … Anything I am missing?

Verify that the problem user has the correct driver type (e.g. PCL, PS) and version for the printer. Check against a working user. This doesn’t sound like a problem with the printer itself. I suspect it’s receiving jobs that it cannot process.

Definitely this, and also check and ensure that the problem user has the printer installed correctly. It may also help if you have the user try a different PC to try and narrow down the cause.

Some Xerox setups require to enter department code or user ID. In the driver look for Authentication and make sure you have the correct credentials.
This user might not have correct permissions to print to this printer.

Are these direct print or are users storing jobs? The description sounds like a failure to store a pull print job. I would say that @ariaz is likely on the right track.

The admin can also set print quota limits on that machine, so you might need to look through user settings, but I suspect also Asadr has the right initial idea here..

Issue was resolved, the xerox-smart-start software was skipping some installation steps for print drivers.
