The Puddle of Mudd cover of Gimme Shelter was pretty good.
Not metal, but Dylan and Petty’s versions of Friend of the Devil are better than Grateful Dead.
“The Tribute” by Non Point with Grimm is a damn good genre crossing cover.
Korn covering “Word Up”
Slayer covering “Children of the Grave” and “Inagodadavita” was awesome

ERock is the shit! Charlie Parra del Riego is good too! Same kind of thing. Actually, many people have been asking the two of them to do a colab so hopefully the two of them will do something truly epic together soon.
