I was curious. What do you use as your personal workstation.
I use a MacBook Pro.
I use CORD or RDP to pop into my servers.

I use a Dell Vostro 1500 laptop with a second screen and an additional Pentium 4 computer. Three flat screens, two old computers, and an IT person in a blue chair.

Old HP dc7700 (with a $500+ video card from the same era). We have two identical machines, both with 4GB RAM and different drive setups… (I still haven’t found a game it can’t play well… despite it being old(er))… I have not tested with BF3.
Then we both (referring to my wife) have identical WP7.5’s and identical PlayBooks… it’s great having a wife that likes beer, hockey, video games, and tech gadgets… but it sucks, in that I always have to buy two of everything… I don’t want to risk going home with the latest and greatest __________ and not having one for her under my arm as well… the dog house would be OKAY in the summer… but I’d freeze in the winter.

ME TOO… and THREE!
It works so much better for me… so much better for the back… and this desk is even adjustable and able to do that… but I haven’t had the time to do so, since I figured that out.

Also I have an old Dell Latitude D630 for road trips and experiments.
Dell XT2 that nobody else wanted, and an extra monitor, running Win 7 Enterprise (we started rolling out Enterprise for DirectAccess)
It’s nothing impressive, but I can reach over to the laptop monitor and make my e-mails scroll by flicking it. That’s really more than I could have asked for.
