The integration with google accounts as well as last pass is fantastic and I very much look forward to seeing other software’s use the yubikey in the future. One final note on the key is that upon first time insertion you typically need to wait till windows gets the hid driver for it to work although it seems to communicate with chrome directly as well as Vivaldi for Google account authentication. I have found it easy to use and very reliable. It sure makes it convenient as I don’t have to enter anything, it takes care of it. I especially like that it uses NFC to work with my mobile devices, so it keeps it simple and allows me to keep my password available yet secure on my mobile devices (as I use LastPass - love it!). (They will scratch, however)

My NEO has been through the wash twice, left out in a parking lot all night during a storm, stepped on, ran over by my office chair (with me in it, no less).
Has a great set of options to make it work in just about any way you need it to.

Many options were available to us, we went with the Nano to keep them tucked inside the USB ports of the laptops.

Only caveat is they do get bumped a lot and that can lead to random gibberish while typing as it tries to put the OTP in the text field.

Overall Rating
