Can you be a bit more specific?

Have you logged in before?

Is it a fresh installation?

Which version of SpiceWorks do you use?

Can you use the Helpdesk, but not the Inventory?

Are you using the same email address you used to download it or are you an additional user, if the latter you need to invite yourself.
