Do you know who the beneficiary of the life insurance policy is? You may or may not be entitled to the proceeds, or information about the policy.

Probation, fines, community service. But penalties can be very court specific. Some judges send people to jail for such offenses and your history matters.

It would be best to wait the 5 months. He is not technically breaking the law as long as he does not contribute to you breaking it or endanger you, but it really isn't safe for an adult to date a juvenile.

Yes, a court can suspend a person's right to drive whether or not he or she has a license at the time.

Legally, no you cannot just up and move in with your boyfriend. Your dad could take legal actions to have you returned, and your boyfriend could wind up in the middle of a legal mess. Practically, would your father take action?
