I am victim of domestic violence. I sent evidence in to District attorney. Will the photos be presented in court? Will the defendant know about the evidence and be able to see the photos in court?

The defendant will have access to all the State's evidence, including the photos, usually no later than the first setting of the case in court. I was in a four car accident. I was not a insured driver. According to the police report I was at fault what happens if insurance pays the policy amount and there is still remaining balances that I’m responsible for and not able to pay for it??

The prospective employer will have to register with USCIS as you have indicated in your posting. If the employer is selected by USCIS then the FORM I-129H must be filed by the employer with USCIS in APRIL 2021.

Q: Is it legal to for an HOA board member to post a county ordinance and fine of $100 but he changed the amount to $500?

He posted ordinance 10.40.066 but changed the amount in the pet ordinance from $100 to $500.

If it is a county ordinance, the hoe board cannot impose the fine. If the county Issues a citation and fine you, then the code is set by law iand it doesn't matter with the sign says!
