You don't say but I am guessing that your neighbor is also a tenant of the same landlord? The answer is the time depends on the crime committed and the prosecutor does not necessarily have to indicte you to charge you with a crime. Yes, trademarks are only protect the mark in connection with the class it is registered in as well as the good and services description related to the mark. A similar or identical mark can be registered in a completely different category and in connection with a different set of goods and service... Read more »

Download a copy of MC 416 from the State Court Administrator's Office website. That will tell you all the information you need to submit.
