Easiest question I’ve been asked in a long, long time.

The 80’s.

In range, 97.1 FM, The River.

Out of range, Sirius XM channel 8.

90’s would be the decade, and Grunge specifically…

Honestly, a harder question than I thought it would be. I want to agree with @danielgreer and say 90s… grunge, Tupac, a lot of good metal then, too… but there are other decades I really like before and after that, as well.

So my answer is a non-answer cuz I’m not going to choose!

I’m going to have to say… The 70s music decade really has a hold on me. I mean… Fleetwood Mac’s Rumour album?! Classic.

I have to say 2000-2010. Most of my favorite albums exist in this decade, and can keep me entertained for eternity.

80s for me. Versatile yet enjoyable for all genres. I don’t think anyone could convince me to change my mind.

I’d have to say the 60’s. Lots of rock 'n roll, blues, R&B, soul…and an attention to detail that I haven’t heard from artists for the last 30 years.
My fallback would be 80’s rock, because it’s simpler, yet more powerful than say Buddy Holly.

80s. Punk, synth - beginning of rap.

I have to go with the 90s

I’m on the 2010s bandwagon. This question is legit asking us, “how old are you guys?”

Going to have to cross decades for this. Late 60’s through early 70’s. So many great bands and songs got their start in the 60’s and just got better in the 70’s. Just one, of many, examples is Deep Purple with Hush in 68 and later Smoke on the Water in 73.(years from my memory so may not be exact)

Def the 80’s so much to pick from! Tom Petty, ZZ-Top to Crowded House and Thompson Twins. I could go on an on.

It would have to be the 80s for me as well due to the utter range of music that came out of that decade with the tail end of disco, early years of rap music, and a plethora of “big hair” bands all overlapping as well as some notable collaborations and crossovers (e.g., Run D.M.C. featuring Aerosmith in a cover of Aerosmith 's “Walk this Way”).

It was also the decade that brought us MTV (starting on August 1st, 1981) to provide us with hundreds (maybe even thousands?) of music videos to go along with our favorite songs.

A decade is ten years so 89-99. Skid Row Skid Row was released in 1989 and my first concert. Youth Gone Wild was my favorite. Warrant Cherry Pie was released in 1990. Slaughter Stick it to you, Fly to the Angels among other songs. I loved those hair bands lol

The consensus is…80s. Ideally I’d like to squeeze some 70s Bread into that Journey and Foreigner lovefest.

Definitely the 80’s. So many bands from all over the world. Just a couple of songs from the rotation:

I grew up on music in the 80s, but if I had to pick, it would be the 70s. Classic rock, disco, funk, Motown, Jazz. Rap wasn’t back then, but I don’t care.

Yeah, it’s like a data scrape question from Facebook

Anyway, 70’s, all day long.

4 Spice ups

90’s for me. But if I’m being honest I’ve already been stuck in the 90’s for the last twenty-five years.
