I’m presuming you are referring to the Cloud Help Desk, available at https://on.spiceworks.com/ , since that is the forum you posted in. There are other versions of Spiceworks and each differ.

What error do you encounter? Did you create a Spiceworks tenant, that is, have you created your first Cloud Help Desk organization? Are you able to log on through https://on.spiceworks.com/ ? Cookies can cause issues so have you tried in private/incognito mode? Any kind of screenshot, redacted of course, would assist.
