Just started working at a facility that is using Spiceworks. Does anyone know if it is possible to add a user to a ticket in Spiceworks after the ticket is created? I have found that sometimes the ticket content shifts to another player and it would nice to be able to go under Details > All Users and add a User so that they will receive emails when a Public Response is made to the ticket. Is this a possible?

All you need to do is add them as a cc’d user to the ticket. When you add them as a cc’d user they will receive all public responses as an email.

You can automatically do this by going to settings->Help Desk Settings->My Ticket Rules

Or manually do this by clicking on the ticket, going to the details tab and clicking the pencil icon on CC’d users.

Thanks, I didn’t have the pencil icon on CC’d Users, but saw that I could click on CC’d Users link and add someone there. I appreciate your reply.
