When you first create a ticket you can specify users you want cc’d on the ticket notifications. After the ticket is created, how do you add additional cc’d users?

I just discovered that… thanks. Here’s the issue, when I try to add a user it only searches the Spiceworks admin users, not the end users imported from LDAP. Can I enter any email address as a workaround?

thought you could but if you also reply to an email from the ticket you want and cc someone in they will get added to the ticket

I want to add another end user to the ticket to always get notifications on the ticket. It appears when you create the ticket you can add any user you want. But once the ticket is created, you can only add Spiceworks admin users to the CC list on the ticket. Suggestion for a future enhancement to allow same functionality to add end-users to the CC list on open ticket details.

Oh I see the issue, I didn’t notice the users were in sections of Assigned, Creator, CC’d. The headings don’t stick out that well.
Thanks!
