There used to be an easy way to add an additional user to a help desk ticket. I can’t find a way to do that in Version 7.3.00075. Would someone please point me in the right direction?<\/p>\n

Open the ticket and select the “Details” tab then click the little pencil next to Assignee, Creator, or CC’d Users.<\/p>\n
