I’m looking for help to add users who can work on tickets and report back when they are done. Could someone help me pls.

Going off memory here, but if you hover your mouse over the “Inventory” tab, a drop down list will appear. Select “Settings”, from there select something similar to “User Accounts”. In there, you can create different users with different privileges to use the HelpDesk. GL!
