I want to add more users to Help Desk. I also wanted to know how i can email the work orders (tickets) to the technicians.

Users are not added to the helpdesk. They log in using either AD credentials or they simply enter an email address and do not authenticate at all. Never do you “add users” unless you consider entering them in AD to be adding them.

Hi everybody, I’m new to spiceworks and I will like to know if in order to have users to which I can assign tickets to, they have to be administrators?

Yes, end users are not able to have tickets assigned to them. Only the admin users (those entered into SpiceWorks) can be assigned tickets.
