I keep getting an error that the web domain is not responding to pings. I know that pings are not allowed and I unchecked the box that says " Domain can be tracked by pinging the host" but I have gotten the email 2 more times since unchecking the box. Is there another setting? I attached a screen shot. But as as side note I a m really liking the new version 6!

I had the same thing on Beta4, but when I tried to go to any cloud service page the old web page cannot be displayed came up.

The beta 4 workaround is turn the pings off and then restart spiceworks. This activates the change.

Rob did you upgrade beta to beta? if so it is a known issue (ie DOES NOT WORK) you need to start from 5.3 data.

Can you try a few things for me? Can you delete the tracked domain out of Cloud Services and re-add it (with the default settings where it tries to ping)? After getting an alert in the App, can you clear the alert and then modify the tracked domain settings to not allow it to attempt to ping the domain name?
I’m wondering if there was just a delay in the email delivery that is making things appear as if new alerts are being created as opposed to email about old alerts.
I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue with the domain name that you specified in your screenshot.
