At this point I would doublecheck your credentials again (make sure you can access these devices remotely from the computer where Spiceworks is installed… if successful that wmic command should return a serial number) since there are many devices showing this error and not just one.<\/p>\n
Otherwise, I’m guessing there’s a firewall you haven’t account for. Make sure port 135 is open on all these devices.<\/p>\n
Make sure your wmic command is formatted like this (no DOMAIN\\USERNAME).
