Hi All,

Looking for some recommendations / suggestions for remote support tools.

We have about 100 users and 150 devices spread out over a few areas, we have some people who work from home, and some who work office based.

Currently we use LogMeIn and the expiry is due November 2023 so plenty of time to shop about.

My question to you, what support tools have you used / are using and what in your mind, makes them the best to use?

Thanks!

Hey @spiceuser-g9fpn

If your looking for an alternative Remote support/remote control than definitely take a look at Pulseway Remote Control . being a RMM our tools are centered around remote work, as is our Remote Control. Our tool combined with our Mobile app enables users to control any remote session from your desktop or mobile device allowing you to access and transfer files, solve issues and connect better with your users/employees. We also now support Concurrent Multi monitors providing even more flexibilty.

If interested than check us out here and if you have any questions please let me know.

All the best!

We are using Teamviewer Corporate, you are just adding domain PC’s to it, before you set static password on a clinets, and disable remote access with dynamic password.

This way makes it sure that users wont give credentials to someone outside.

As it works over Teamviewer ID you have no problems with DNS of clients that are moving from site to site or site → homeoffice.

Never got problems with that.

One thing thats not nice is the new UI of desktop app, but you can turn it off and stick on to the old one.

It’s pretty hard to beat Connectwise Control. There’s not much it can’t do. And if you use Powershell the backstage connections are Chef’s Kiss.

Scalefusion’s remote control software is a reliable option for managing remote support across multiple users and devices. It’s designed for IT teams handling both office-based and remote workers. Features like secure remote access, screen sharing, and real-time troubleshooting make it efficient and user-friendly. Plus, it comes with a 14-day free trial to get you started.

It sounds like you need a remote support tool that can efficiently manage a mix of office-based and remote users.

Key factors to consider include ease of use, multi-device support, and the ability to provide quick access without disrupting the user's workflow.

One option worth considering is AirDroid Business, which provides comprehensive remote support capabilities, particularly for Android.

It includes features like remote control, file transfer, and even a unique black screen mode for privacy during support sessions. This could be particularly useful if you have devices that require discreet support.

You may be a few years late.
