Can Not Find Transcripts in my Chat from a meeting.

Hoping someone has an understanding of why. I have watched many you tube tutorials and followed step by step. I am going to be recording a meeting that I want transcribed and done 2 test meeting and the recording works and the meeting transcripts are working great but after the meeting I go into the chat and only my recording is there. I cannot find my transcripts. I am wondering if this is something that has been disable by my organization but before I reach out to IT I wondered if anyone has another solution for where they may be stored?

Would be helpful to include which meeting platform you are using (Zoom, Teams,Etc…)
