Hi !
I had this issue maybe almost half a year now.
Without any proxy (ultrasurf, etc) i wont be able to access the community…
I tried several browsers, double checked the firewall for blocking (none) ,.
I can ping spiceworks.com
here is the result of trace route:
I am wondering if spiceworks can block our public IP… is that possible?
Thanks

For about 6 months I couldn’t get to www.spiceworks.com from our primary ISP, but had no issue getting to it from the backup ISP. Both are using the same DNS servers so think the ISP (Spectrum) was blocking it for some reason. During that time I had no issue getting to community.spiceworks.com from either the primary or backup connections.

what happens if you change DNS to 8.8.8.8?
Have you cleared cookies and cache/gone incognito on browser?
Tried a different browser?
I know this stuff is basic but that’s because the basics are easy to miss

It’s certainly possible that our service provider could be blocking an IP erroneously. Can you email us with your IP address so we can investigate? community AT spiceworks.com
Thanks!

Your going through a filtering Service as a front end to Spiceworks so if your IP has been flagged as malicious then you may be blocked.
Send David your IP to check its not happened in error.
This may happen if someone within the IP block you use has been blacklisted and could affect a range of IP’s
