This is curious. We have installed and reinstalled Network Monitor in our network. Try as I might, I cannot log into Network Monitor, yet I can log into this Spiceworks community.<\/p>\n
My fellow tech can log into Network Monitor with his credentials, but I cannot with mine. I’ve attempted resetting password but so far it has not worked. We are not receiving the reset password e-mails. Nor does using the reset password utility work, which is supposed to reset the password to spiceworks.<\/p>\n
I can access our Spiceworks Helpdesk on one computer, where I think my credentials are cached. But not on my main computer where it is asking me to log in. So I think it’s related.<\/p>\n
A curious part about the passwords, my password here in the community is one I changed to long ago. For quite some time on our Helpdesk I’ve had to use spiceworks. So actually the passwords aren’t synced.<\/p>\n
