How can I change account owner’s email?

Please contact help-desk-cloud-support@spiceworks.com so they can change the email account on the account. Make sure that you remove your email account from the previous post.

Think we have this knocked out - for reference:

  • login as the current owner
  • Settings > Employee Administration
  • edit an existing admin/tech (or add a new one) that you want to make owner
  • select owner role, save the user
  • logout
  • login as the new owner (optionally you can now delete the previous owner, if desired)

I thought of that but I did not know you for sure you could do that (It is almost the same procedure as local helpdesk then).

There’s another issue. My login is rmoura@eab and in my profile says communciation@eab. With that my profile is changed to tech, so I lost some rights as an administrator. Can you guys fix it in your end?
