I have created a SharePoint site ( Document Centre Template) I’m trying to Figure out how to create a search function based on a keyword I.E. the name of the document I can see there is a Document Search by Document ID but couldn’t Quite figure out how to find a Document in the Doc Library By keyword etc.<\/p>\n

What is your SharePoint version ?<\/p>\n
Perhaps you could use the metadata.<\/p>\n
By default, the built in search bar search across all content on the site, including documents titles, content and metadata.<\/p>\n
