Hello. Has anyone else had this issue?

We have two quotes with the same quote #. What should have been quote #17 (see attachment) ended up overwriting quote #15. Quote #15 used to have an entire thread dedicated to it. But now, it appears that the new “Quote #15” has overwritten it. Is this a known issue or are we just the first lucky group to discover it?
