We have recently started using SpiceWorks quotes in the community portion of the application. We just noticed duplicate quote numbers. These quotes are for different products but when you view wither quote it shows the latest quote. Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry for the frustration this is causing. We’ve diagnosed the problem and will have this fixed soon. Until then, please use the following work around to view your quotes:

  1. Logout of the application
  2. Go to community.spiceworks.com/quotes
  3. Click to login here (from the community, rather than logging into your local Spiceworks installation)

You should no longer see duplicate quotes.
