I requested a quote probably a month or two ago, and when I went to access it again, my screen is telling me I have 0 quotes, 0 submitted, 0 completed. The quote icon at the top right of the browser does show a red circle with a 1 in it as if I have at least 1 quote, but nothing is listed.

Sorry for the confusion, can you try a few things to help narrow it down?

Please logout of Spiceworks, then go to the community and log in there.

Then go to the quotes page .

Do you see any quotes at this point, or is it still showing an empty list?

Again, sorry for the frustration this might be causing.

Ignore the last reply I deleted, logging out and in fixed it.
