Hi all,<\/p>\n
I havent used spiceworks for a while as i moved away from IT for a bit, but i’m liking the remote site feature to inventory stuff etc…<\/p>\n
But anyways, i work from home as IT support for our UK/Ireland site (which are placed inside tourist attractions) and i need to be able to have a connection with the spiceworks to these sites so i can troubleshoot any problems before they happen an can generally keep an eye on stuff. I dont have a VPN to these site and just use LogMeIn to gain access to them.<\/p>\n
i Have installed spiceworks on one site and set it up as a remote site in the settings, entered my home IP and port number and used port forwarding to send them to my works lappy, but its not playing ball and wont connect.<\/p>\n
can anyone point me in the right direction so i can get these setup please?<\/p>\n
