Guys, Im really struggling to setup remote sites on Spiceworks, The situation I have is follows: I have a main Head Office, where the main install of Spiceworks is loaded on my PC, I have 6 other branches with about 4 PC’s in each Branch, I need to get the Help-desk working for each one of those users @ the remote sites, I just need the help desk to work, How do I set the remote sites to push the tickets from them to my main install where I am situated at?

Do you have any form of a VPN setup connecting all of these sites to your main site??
no we don’t, but I did sort the problem out, I wasn’t using the same ports on the remote and central installs that was the problem, Thank you for replying, I do appreciate it
