I’d like, when an admin create a new ticket from the Help Desk Admin view, a noification e-mail to all admin (because there is no assign people / group into the email).

Right now, no one is notify if a new ticket is created from the HelpDesk view.

Why not just email the ticket in like everyone else? The ticket will get created and all admins will get notified. Let the system work how it is built.

Of course, there may be a plug-in for that.
