When a user submits a ticket they don’t receive an automated response, nor do the admins receive notification. When an admin accepts a ticket the user & the other admins get notification.

Test email from the mail settings page works fine.

Thanks for testing beta. Was this working for you before in 5.1? Does Spiceworks create a ticket if you send an email to the email address in Settings > Email settings from a different address? Thanks!

It was working, even with the latest build. It started to get intermittant yesterday, now today it has hard failed. Spiceworks is creating tickets, it just isn’t sending a notification to the admins. Users sometimes get the automated response, other times not.
