Thanks for testing beta. Was this working for you before in 5.1? Does Spiceworks create a ticket if you send an email to the email address in Settings > Email settings from a different address? It was working, even with the latest build. It started to get intermittant yesterday, now today it has hard failed. Spiceworks is creating tickets, it just isn’t sending a notification to the admins.
