Howdy,

Is there any sign of when 3 will be a full release, as Im presently using it internally in IT but want to roll it out to our user base as soon as possible. I cant compliment this product enough, Ive demo’d some cheap and not so cheap helpdesk packages and theyve been lacking in the extreme, this on the otherhand provides nearly everything.
