I think the is the most excited I’ve been about a new version of software in several years.<\/p>\n
We JUST discovered Spiceworks after one of my coworkers heard about it a a conference. We’d been talking about building/buying a helpdesk system for close to a year now. We installed and setup SW in about 45 minutes on a Tuesday. We were using it internally by the end of the week, and deployed it to our users by the next Wednesday! We’re mostly using the helpdesk, but are finding more and more to like about the monitoring side.<\/p>\n
