This happens recently in our company: Google Chrome is extreme slow in loading the first webpage (taking 1-3 minutes). After loading the first webpage, it is normal to load other webpages.
I have followed some usual ways(like: https://www.howtogeek.com/119191/browser-slow-how-to-make-google-chrome-fast-again/ ) , but no luck. I have also re-install Chrome, no luck.
What I should do next? Please share your opinions.

A few of us including me were having issues with Chrome loading pages so I renamed the default folder to default.old and restarted Chrome and Chrome has since worked well.
Close Google Chrome. Press CTRL – ALT – DEL – Task Manager – Processes and make sure no Chrome.exe is shown. End process on any shown.
2. Open Windows Explorer.
3. In address bar type in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data.
4. You’ll find the Default folder here. Rename it to “Default.old”
