Hi all, my company is demerging from a group that share a Workspace tenant. We need top move off to our own Workspace tenant by the end of the year. We are exploring the use of things like BitTitan, but given the timeframe I’d also like to see what it might cost to have the whole thing project managed by a migration partner.

Does anyone have any recommendations in this space?

Partial Google to Google migrations are the trickiest. Key watchpoints are around Google Drive and Google Accounts (identities that might be tied to additional Google services like AdWords, YouTube, Maps, etc.)

We have done literally hundreds of these. BitTitan is not my preferred solution for this. Feel free to PM me if you want to to talk it out.

For Workspace → Workspace, I have used Systools Migrator. I did it to merge accounts, but it should work for separating as well. The key piece to worry about is what @tonysheets2418 ​ mentioned

I have been working with Cloudbakers on a few projects recently. I know they do certain kinds of migrations, but I am not sure if this is a fit for them

Thanks guys, due to the time constraints (we have to have this work done by the 31st December) we’ve enlisted the help of a company called Central Networks who will manage this project alongside our migration from our existing MS365 tenant to a new one.
