MAX out your meter dude!! Spiceworks has a fun little meter that let’s you know where to start on training and let’s you know your progress. Air Jimi has all the links to get your started it looks like.

it will take a little time an effort to get spiceworks to run the way you want, but use the forums, fill your meter, and I strongly suggest that you get to some kind of spicecorps meetup or spiceworld, you will learn tonnes. I did and Iv’e been using it for a couple of years now.
