Today marks the beginning of a three-day weekend that ends with Labor Day, a national holiday in the United States that lands on the first Monday in September every year.

Since Spiceworks has it’s headquarters in the United States, you’ll notice a lull in activity in the Spiceworks Community this weekend.

The bottom line: You won’t see our regular daily series Snap! and Spark go up this coming Monday. So, in the meantime enjoy the weekend, stay safe, and keep the spice going strong. I plan to play video games with my son and I am helping my gym upgrade their last PC from XP, I get paid for it and I hang out there all the time anyways

I love 3 day weekends in the summer! I usually get a good long run on 2 of the 3 days (did 11 miles this morning!), sleep a bit later (till about 6am!), and catch up with chores around the house. This weekend is dedicated to cleaning up the garage!

I also plan to spend time going my home automation system and schedules :slight_smile:

Just got back from Home Depot - I need to put more sand down under my front brick walkway. Fortunately bricks are easy to pick up and resand underneath. I’ll do this in the mornings when it’s cooler.

Let’s see… I have to be at work tomorrow morning to move stuff around for our SAN expansion and cable clean-up. I’m on call until Tuesday. So nope, not doing too much this weekend except for some college football and some gaming. Next weekend, I’ll have my ‘holiday’ weekend.

I will be rewiring much of server rack’s power cabling and running some server maintenance in a couple hours, waiting on those last users to log off. Might go shoot some pool afterwards if it all goes well.

Not recognised here. So working today (Sunday) and working tomorrow (Monday).

Worse, the schools go back today (oh joy!), so the roads were massively congested on my way into work. What previously took me a little over 15 minutes took 40 minutes today. Not helped by the idiots that think they can drive in the middle lane and then pull over to exit the highway at the last nano second, cutting up traffic on the inside.

Hey ho, such is life.
