I have my SW installed on a few networks but the local admin credentials keep failing during the inventory scans. Both clients do not have domain controllers so I am using local admin accounts to scan the workstations. I have the same username and password on all workstations. I can RDP and Map data shares using the same credentials so I know they are valid and I can access the machine remotely.

Why don’t you install SW agent in those machines? I think this will solve your issue
